01 - Certificated Raw Materials.
Brass, Chrome, Cartridges and Varnishing.

02 - The Brass:
the used one is OT58, this means that 58% of it is made up of copper, 41.5% of zinc and the remaining 0.5% of other metals,
such as lead. Other manufacturers use OT54 or OT52 this means that there is less copper, substituted by other metals more harmful for the health.

03 - Metals Clearing:
• the exceeding quality of lead is removed, because lead is carcinogenic;
• means of electroplating, Nickel is added with a thickness of 18-24 micron and Chrome 0.1-0.3 micron. These thicknesses guarantee a high endurance of the mixer.

04 -Cartridges:
With disks made up of high quality ceramics that offers a long lasting duration.

05 - Varnishing:
Before beginning to use Epoxy varnish, it is tested and has to be correlated by technical sheets in which chemical composition, product features, method of use and storage can be found. The varnishing phase lasts 48 hours, included the time needed to dry the product, and ends up with the “scratch” test, by means of a specified machinery. The test has a positive result if no leaf-stripping of the varnish is present. Some samples are selected to undergo the saline fog test as for the regulation uni En 248 (corrosion test).
